Customer Support Executive – Call Centre (Work from Office)

Position Title: Customer Support Executive
Description: Provide inbound customer service support for financial/insurance products. The role will handle calls from regional customers, log service requests, resolve queries, and escalate issues when needed. Must be courteous and able to meet SLAs.
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000/month + performance bonus
Eligibility: Excellent communication in Telugu & English, basic computer knowledge, willing to work rotational shifts.
Education Requirements: Graduation or equivalent; previous call centre experience preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Chevella Town (office premises)
Timings: Rotational shifts including evenings or weekends
