Rural Field Coordinator – NGO Initiative

Position Title: Rural Field Coordinator
Description: A non-profit organisation is seeking a coordinator to facilitate health and education outreach programs in villages across Chevella Mandal. Responsibilities include organising local camps, liaising with school/clinic staff, tracking participation data and preparing weekly reports.
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000/month
Eligibility: Strong local language skills (Telugu), comfort with travel to remote villages, good organisational and reporting skills.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social work / rural development / education or related field. Freshers with strong community experience may apply.
Location: Field-based across Chevella Mandal with periodic office check-ins in Chevella Town
Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Fieldwork with occasional weekend community events)
